Our wellness clinic offers the following services: Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), weight loss, wellness, aesthetics, and IV Therapy. We are all about helping our patients feel and look great. You must have a real interest in wellness for this position. This is a rewarding, uplifting practice with wonderful patients.

We have an easy-going, no drama atmosphere. There is lots of laughter every day and even a bit of dancing sometimes!

Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Experience with Phlebotomy, IM and subcutaneous injections. Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Responsible for office assistant duties including coordinating and scheduling patient appointments and follow ups, greeting patients, and answering and returning patient calls.
• Responsible for gathering a thorough medical history, including vitals and BMI prior to each visit, of the patient and entering or updating patient medical record information.
• Responsible for scheduling lab testing, ordering required lab work for patients, contacting the patient regarding lab reviews, and updating the patient medical record information.
• Required to train and obtain identified certifications for medical practice equipment and devices.
• Responsible for assisting in procedures and the set-up of medical equipment.
• Refills medications as directed by the provider and coordinates prescriptions with the patient's preferred pharmacy as needed.
