Junior Creative – Full-Time (In-Person)

Location: Doral, FL (Miami HQ)

Compensation: $22 [Room for growth]

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a Junior Creative/Content Creator Assistant with a strong sense of aesthetic, an appreciation for working behind the scenes. This is a role—meant for someone who sees beauty in the details and enjoys supporting creative work from concept to completion.

You’ll contribute across pre-production, production, and post—helping with preparation, presence, and follow-through. From organizing shoot materials and assisting on set, to editing video-content and crafting visuals, your role will support the essence of the brand's visual language.

Responsibilities

Pre-Production

– Help gather references and mood elements for creative direction

– Assist with look coordination, sample preparation, and packing

– Organize creative details to ensure each shoot flows

Production

– Help with on-set adjustments, styling touch-ups, and product handling

– Support the visual flow by assisting with scene transitions, garment care, and fast pacing

– Capture behind-the-scenes content when needed

Post-production

– Help select imagery and organize content for delivery

– Light editing of short-form content for digital platforms

– Support the team in maintaining a clear and curated visual library

– Edit videos to post on socials

Creative Collaboration

– Work closely with the Visual Coordinator and creative team to support visual clarity

– Keep track of details and upcoming needs across content and storytelling

– Contribute with care, helping maintain a visual standard that’s subtle, consistent, and thoughtful

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in a creative field such as Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fashion, or similar

– At least 3 years of experience in a creative, content, or visual production role

– Comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)

– Experience creating moodboards and visual references that support campaign or brand direction

– Understanding of visual composition, tone, and aesthetic consistency

– Ability to support both creative planning and hands-on execution with care and organization
