Job Summary:

AAA Service is seeking a Drain Technician to join our growing team! At AAA Service we value our employees and invest in their growth. In this role, you will be working closely with residential homeowners to diagnose and clear drain issues using the proper tools and equipment, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and clear residential drain blockages using a variety of drain clearing equipment.
• Communicate service issues, options, and pricing clearly with homeowners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper drain maintenance.
• Accurately complete work orders, reports, and collect required customer approvals.
• Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company standards on every job.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean, working order.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and team members for efficient scheduling and service.
• Participate in training and stay updated on equipment and service techniques.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in outdoors environments.
• At least two years related experience and/or training of plumbing or pipefitting.
• Strong communication, time management, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and will seldom be required to lift up to 100 lbs.
