About the Role RSM US LLP is seeking an Epic Consulting Leader to join our Healthcare Technology Consulting Services team. This will be a Director-level role at RSM with a national scope, responsible for delivery, sales, growth, and practice development for the Epic practice. The primary objective is to build and expand the practice around Epic-related services. Key Responsibilities Utilize your technical expertise in Healthcare IT, focusing on Epic implementations, advisory, leadership, and service mindset. Create market-focused strategies and execute proactive sales activities. Support consulting service delivery and grow new business pipelines around Epic and related services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market and competitive analysis. Deliver technology-driven EHR implementations and optimizations, overseeing outsourced and co-sourced projects for hospitals and health systems. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Epic consulting and/or implementation services. Proven track record in delivering Epic projects and leading teams. Ability to develop and execute sales and growth strategies. Experience with healthcare IT, hospital workflows, and revenue cycle management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately 60% (up to 75%). Location This position can be based remotely near any major RSM office. Professional and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields. Active Epic certifications preferred. Experience in consulting and business development.
