Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and testing of Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems to verify proper operation and compliance with standards.
• Identify and document any deficiencies found during system evaluations.
• Clearly explain system functionality and findings to customers.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and core values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Fire Alarm Systems
• Sprinkler Systems
• System Testing and Inspection

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience with fire alarm or sprinkler systems.
• NICET Level II certification or relevant fire alarm/sprinkler license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with electronic testing equipment.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid drivers license.
• Eligibility to meet state licensing and vendor certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security systems.
• Manufacturer certifications for fire alarm systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of IT systems and functionality.
• Additional NICET certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
