Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations The
Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations will lead the strategic and operational scaling of TalentoHC’s marketing function to drive revenue, enhance customer engagement, and elevate brand positioning across all touchpoints. This leader will oversee all facets of marketing including CRM and database marketing, segmentation, digital and content marketing, PR and media relations, events, internal communications, and marketing analytics. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven marketing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and has experience across B2B marketing, CRM, digital strategy, events, PR, and brand development
Scale the Marketing Function at TalentoHC - Build a scalable marketing organization with structure, process, and talent that can support both current business and future growth.
- Develop and implement a hybrid resourcing model blending external agency support and an in-house marketing team.
- Lead Talento’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to reinforce the brand’s impact and presence in the communities it serves.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution - Design and implement a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth and customer experience enhancement.
- Partner with agency and internal stakeholders to deliver targeted campaigns across customer and prospect segments.
- Package and market the firm’s service offerings—Executive Search, Professional Search, Staff Augmentation, RPO, and HCCC—to relevant audiences.
CRM, Database Marketing & Segmentation - Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Oversee CRM technology implementation and optimization to support personalized marketing campaigns.
- Leverage email marketing tools to nurture talent communities and buyer audiences; create content-rich newsletters and campaigns.
- Segment audiences by customer type, function, industry, geography, and service line to target communications effectively.
- Differentiate campaigns and outreach strategies between current and prospective customers.
- Provide strong analytics and reporting on marketing performance to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
Digital, Website & Social Media - Lead the architecture and optimization of TalentoHC’s websites and digital platforms to ensure alignment with brand messaging and performance goals.
- Develop meaningful web content that communicates value and supports customer journeys.
- Enhance organic SEO performance through relevant and high-quality content.
- Drive social media strategy—particularly on LinkedIn—to grow audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report performance of digital channels and content effectiveness.
Brand Strategy & Positioning - Elevate TalentoHC’s brand identity and articulate the firm’s unique value proposition.
- Develop tools such as brand messaging guides, elevator pitches, sales collateral, experience matrices, and competitor comparison charts.
- Build a knowledge library and support tools to enable associate brand advocacy and alignment.
PR & Media Relations - Build a media strategy to gain visibility in local and national markets where Talento operates.
- Get Talento published in reputable media outlets and industry publications.
- Secure speaking engagements, podcasts, webinars, and roundtable opportunities for executives.
- Develop relationships with journalists, media, and influencers to amplify the firm’s presence and reputation.
Events & Experiential Marketing - Design and execute local events to connect communities of executives and professionals.
- Plan and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, thought leadership forums, and hosted networking events.
- Align events with marketing goals and measure success based on engagement and business impact.
Internal Communications - Drive employee engagement through compelling internal communications using channels such as email, intranet, video, and virtual town halls.
- Align messaging with company vision, values, strategic priorities, and brand tone.
- Support presentation development, executive messaging, and campaign rollouts internally.
Executive Branding & Thought Leadership - Develop and manage thought leadership content in collaboration with Talento’s executive team.
- Amplify executive voices via LinkedIn, blogs, speaking opportunities, and podcasts.
- Position Talento leaders as credible, trusted voices across relevant industry verticals.
