We're Hiring: Junior Project Manager - Learn the System. Lead the Outcome. Position Summary: As a Junior Project Manager, you'll be in the trenches, learning how to manage the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen ventilation projects - from field measurements and drawings to install coordination and site supervision. You'll assist senior PMs, coordinate with fabrication and install teams, and start taking the lead on smaller jobs as you prove you're ready. You won't be stuck behind a desk. This role is hands-on, field-forward, and pressure-tested. You'll earn your shot at leadership by being the one who sees ahead, speaks up, and follows through. What You'll Do: Assist with the design and layout of kitchen ventilation systems Create and revise drawings using design software (preferred) Support scheduling and coordination of fabrication and install teams Walk job sites, coordinate with other trades, and keep field teams aligned Track materials, update documentation, and flag issues early Start managing your own small projects with coaching and accountability What You'll Bring: 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, engineering, or construction project management Experience with design software preferred (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) Bachelor's degree preferred - in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field Solid communication and coordination skills - written, verbal, and field-based Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Clean driver's license and willingness to visit job sites in all conditions A mindset built for ownership, not just following orders Compensation & Benefits: $65,000-$80,000/year based on experience and initiative Performance-Based Bonus (Can exceed $100k in total compensation.)
