TM Capital, a division of Janney Montgomery Scott, is a leading middle-market investment banking firm seeking a dedicated Marketing Associate . The role involves managing the TM Capital brand, coordinating marketing efforts, and collaborating with professionals across the firm. This position offers an opportunity to develop creative marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s core capabilities and target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage TM’s external communications, brand positioning, and social media presence (primarily LinkedIn).
• Organize and execute firm marketing and team-building events; manage presence at industry conferences.
• Update and maintain the website ( using WordPress and a custom CMS.
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines across all online platforms.
• Analyze website and marketing data to enhance engagement.
• Develop and implement email and print marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare PE Firm “one-pagers” for marketing initiatives.
• Manage dissemination of marketing communications and maintain distribution lists in Pardot and Salesforce.
• Coordinate creation and update of marketing collateral, including style guides and presentations.
• Oversee formatting and print production for deal-related marketing materials.
• Manage the production and distribution of research reports.
• Post completed transactions to Oaklins intranet, ensuring brand compliance.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with Janney’s marketing team to unify branding efforts.
• Track and review marketing campaign metrics and LinkedIn analytics.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, and Microsoft Office.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for learning about middle-market investment banking.
• Willingness to travel (up to 5%) and flexibility to stay late when necessary.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $62,000 to $72,000, eligibility for bonuses, and full benefits including health coverage, PTO, holidays, and 401(k). Total compensation depends on experience and location.
