Be the Catalyst for Agile Excellence:
In this dynamic role, you'll champion the Agile methodology, coaching and mentoring a talented team to embrace its principles and practices. You'll empower the team to self-organize, make critical decisions, and continuously improve their processes. Your expertise will be essential in guiding sprint planning, facilitating daily stand-ups, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities: - Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
- Track and analyze sprint metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.
- Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
- Promote self-organization and empower the team to make key decisions.
- Coach the team on effective product backlog management.
- Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and its values.
Experience: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting.
Ideal Candidate: - Experience working with large-scale Agile transformations.
- Knowledge of various Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.19 to $61.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
