TKO is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the company’s in-house legal team, specifically on Media Rights and Production and Events matters. The role will be based in New York and/or Stamford. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, familiarity with a wide scope of legal issues, and an insatiable desire to learn and advise. The candidate will interact with and support various business units across TKO, including IMG, UFC and WWE. This is a unique in-house opportunity at a rapidly growing sports & entertainment company.
*Office location can be NYC or Stamford, CT*

Qualifications (Required) :
• 4-6 years of legal experience in a reputable learning environment, with experience in live events, media rights and content production contracts and/or sponsorship-related contracts preferred
• JD
• Member of the New York or Connecticut Bar
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative and thorough
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a team-based environment
• Professionalism and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
• Positive attitude, including willingness to work during non-business hours
