Job Details Job Description Shift/Hours:8A-4:30P - 3 days at philly campus6:30A-2:30P - 2 days at Elkins Park campus - these shifts are every Friday and every other weekend. This position also works every other holiday at Elkins ParkPrimary Duties:Answering incoming calls to Einstein Philadelphia, Einstein Elkins Park and Einstein Montgomery.Process emergencies for all 3 medical centersAnswering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and TraumaHigh School diploma required1 - 3 years Hospital operator or switchboard experience required.Excellent communication skills required.Excellent customer service skills in a Hospital Call Center or similar high volume Call Center required
