We take pride in providing exceptional experiences for our guests and residents while managing boutique hotels and vacation rentals. Heirloom Vacations is a premier property management company specializing in curating exceptional living and vacation lodging experiences. Our commitment to excellence extends to every detail, ensuring that our properties are both aesthetically stunning and impeccably maintained. We provide housekeeping cleaning services to a range of establishments, including Airbnbs and boutique hotels. We are dedicated to creating environments that our guests are proud to call their home during their stay.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Housekeeper, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall presentation of our properties. Your attention to detail and passion for creating inviting spaces will contribute to the exceptional living experiences we provide to our residents and guests. Not to mention there is room for growth with our company! This position has potential to evolve over time into something larger, with more management aspects - but as of now, we are looking for experienced housekeepers to add to our full-time staff!

Schedule:

  • 9am-6pm, Sunday through Friday.
  • Most all Saturdays off!
  • Friday, Sunday & Monday availability preferred
  • 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, ensuring all areas are maintained to our high standards.
  • Utilize your scheduling expertise to plan and coordinate cleaning activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address specific cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards, creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and guests to ensure a seamless cleaning experience.
  • Occasional contract cleaning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 Year of professional housekeeping experience required, with a focus on cleaning in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Proven ability to manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and property needs.

Minimum Physical Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, and navigate various physical movements.
  • Comfortable walking up and down stairs.
  • Proficient in pushing and pulling objects as required by the job.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Must have use of a personal insured vehicle for transportation for work-related travel.
  • Must pass a criminal background study.
