Hilltop Lumber is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Yard/Delivery team in Alexandria MN. This position assists with the receipt, storage, and delivery of building materials. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations in our yard and timely delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be comfortable with driving trucks, operating forklifts, and using carpentry-related power tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is required.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $20 - $26 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :
Load, unload, and organize building materials in the yard and warehouse.
Safely operate trucks and forklifts to deliver materials to customer locations.
Use small power tools for material handling tasks as needed.
Ensure accurate counting, storage, and inventory of materials.
Assist customers and contractors in locating and loading materials.
Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
Requirements:
Ability to drive trucks and operate forklifts.
Familiarity with small power tools typically used in carpentry.
Strong reading and math skills for interpreting orders and measurements.
Good communication skills for working with team members and customers.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy, bulky materials.
